ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant – Director – R&D in Austin, Minnesota

Our client in the R&D industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant you will be part of the R&D Innovation Center supporting the Director and their team. The ideal candidate will have highly effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical ability, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to initiate appropriate action independently, ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks at once, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Hormel Corporate Office North-Austin, MN

Pay Range: $19.25 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and their team

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Assist with project coordination and tracking

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment in handling sensitive information

What's Needed?

  • Demonstrated pattern of highly effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability

  • Possess unquestionable ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate appropriate action independently as well as exercise maturity in judgment

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks at once

  • Demonstrated successful use of personal computers and word processing and ability to learn and use specialized computer programs
