Our client is a software and consulting company with long-standing client relationships and an emerging products division. Their primary expertise is in application development, data visualization, Information Technology (IT), and Their clients include large financial firms, utilities and Federal customers.

They are looking for a Sr. Administrator of Mobile devices & Systems with strong device mangement on iOS, Windows, MacOS, Android using VMware and MDM Pltforms.

this position is a 4x a week onsite position in Austin Texas

Job description

responsibilities will include:

• Device Management: Administer and manage mobile devices across iOS, Windows, macOS, and Android platforms using VMware Workspace and associated tools (e.g., Samsung KNOX, Apple DEP, Zero-Touch Enrollments).

• MDM Platforms: Utilize other MDM platforms such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, or Google Device Management to ensure smooth device operations.

• Client Support: Handle escalations effectively, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and providing support to ELT/VIP/VVIP clients.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve issues and enhance device management processes.

• Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for all device management processes and tools.

Position Requirements

• Proven experience with VMware Workspace and tools like Samsung KNOX, Apple DEP, Zero-Touch Enrollments and ServiceNow

• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, or Google Device Management.

• MDM tools: VMware Workspace , MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Google Device Management.

• Platforms: iOS, Windows, macOS, Android.
