What You Will Be Doing:
As the Security Engineer-Identity, you will join the Cyber Security Team to help manage Identities and Access for all applications, assist with Exchange, monitor alerts, remediate alerts and vulnerabilities, and assist with vendor management for IT. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all company identities are secure through the vision of the Cyber Security Manager and CIO, as well as assist with implementing the strategies as given for access to all applications and devices, with the goal to keep the company safe.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain Identity and Access for the company.
Assist the Cyber Security Manager with writing policy.
Assists with keeping the company safe.
Assist with maintaining compliancy.
Asses and plan for correctly securing all Applications.
Develop and maintain PowerShell/batch Scripts to automate day to day tasks.
Drive vulnerability remediation while following Cyber Security Standards.
Implement ACLs with On-Prem and Cloud Identity environments.
Assist the Cyber Security Manger with Exchange management and security.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required programs, and work in a safe manner.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position you should have previous experience managing identity and access. You should also be experienced with automating solutions and working with your chain to accomplish tasks and goals. Working experience in Defender, Entra, and Active Directory is needed.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields would be preferable, Technical Certifications, or equivalent working experience.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
6+ years managing Identity in a Corporate Setting.
6+ years supporting Microsoft Windows in a Corporate Environment to include access management.
6+ years understanding of logs and alerts.
5+ years Defender Experience (EDR equivalents)
A full understanding of the capabilities of Active Directory and Entra
Working knowledge of how to apply ACLS within AD
Working knowledge of PIM/PAM
Working knowledge of Conditional Access
3+ years managing an exchange environment.
