What You Will Be Doing:
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative duties of the Human Resources department. The majority of your responsibilities will include the administration of non-payroll HR processes, such as record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. You will also support front desk coverage and receptionist duties.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
Act as an Employee Admin in UKG, updating, approving, and correction records and data within the system. Audit employee data integrity on a monthly basis.
Create excel based reports and forms.
Complete HRIS system reporting, including compliance replated reports.
Assist with House Account reporting on a biweekly basis.
Serve as the point of contact for general benefits and HR related questions.
Assist with job description creation process.
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.

Education/Experience:
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
1+ years of experience with UKG Pro preferred.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Strong computer aptitude with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, SharePoint, and HRIS systems.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, in writing, and in person.
Ability to multi-task, while remaining organized and accurate.
Must have problem-solving skills, documentation skills, and research/resolution skills.
Environmental Job Requirements:Environment:
Most of your time is spent sitting at a desk.
Climate controlled office environment with possible noise and vibrations carried over from the shop.
Physical:
Will require appropriate Personal Protection Equipment to be worn if in a shop environment.
Occasionally lift, carry, or lower up to 15 lbs.
Travel:
Typically does not require travel.

To be successful in this position you should be organized, show an attention to detail, and have a sense of urgency. You should have strong computer skills, preferably have some experience with an HRIS, and be looking to start a career in Human Resources. The ability to multitask, problem solve, and provide superior customer service are essential to this position as well.
