Creative Multicare Inc Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Austell, Georgia

Hammond Serviceshas been serviing the Griffin and surrounding area for over 40 years. We are opening a new location in Austell and we are looking for 2 top notch CSRs to join our team.

THIS IS A CSR JOB WHERE YOU ARE WORKING ON THE PHONE. YOUR RESUME MUST SHOW YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A SIMILAR ROLE WHERE YOU ARE CONSISTENTLY TYPING AND TALKING TO PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME. YOU MUST HAVE A TYPING SPEED OF AT LEAST 40WPM. Applications that are not up to date or who do not show the required experience will not be considered. As the first contact for our company, you will be setting the example for the quality and professionalism of our company. This is a demanding position where you may be dealing with up to 100 calls per day. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position where they have been responsible for greeting visitors and working with a multi-line phone system. Prior experience making outbound sales calls is a plus!

Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 8a - 5p or 9a-6p

Pay Range:$20 p/hr to start with theopportunity to earn commissionfor meeting individual and team goals.

Qualifications:(Resume must show recent experience where typing and handling customers while on the phone. )

  • Ability to type minimum of 40 wpm. - A test will be given prehire to validate typing speed.
  • Resume must show recent experience which includes typing in a fast paced setting.
  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • Prior CSR experience in a busy call center environment- desired
  • Current experience using Word and Outlook
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail
