Job Description:

Entegris is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations within our dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our facility, equipment, and systems through effective leadership, maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Theposition is located at our Aurora, IL campus and reports to the Director of Engineering and Maintenance. We operate a state-of-the-art facility that runs three shifts five days a week, and we are committed to the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment.

Key Results/Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise the maintenance technicians and electricians to ensure appropriate resources are available on all shifts to support operations effectively.

• Plans, organizes, leads, and controls daily activities of the Maintenance department.

• Manage payroll system for direct reports for punch times and time-off requests to ensure compliance with the department attendance policy.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement through cascading goal setting, coaching, training, development, and feedback.

• Own the sites maintenance results as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PM completion rate, spare parts inventory levels, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and budget control.

• Drive maintenance-level continuous improvement projects (safety, 5S, ergonomics, sustainability, etc.).

• Drive initiatives to improve maintenance processes and practices, leveraging technology and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
