Actalent Project Architect in Aurora, Illinois

Architecture/Engineering firm located in the Western suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!

Job Description:

  • Tasks for this position include working throughout all project phases

  • Conceptual design

  • Schematic design

  • Construction documentation

  • Construction administration

  • Create detailed plans and specifications, including floor plans and elevations

  • Produce full sets of construction documents in Revit

  • Heavily involved with clients, communicating with consultants and GCs

  • Attend and lead client meetings

  • Oversee construction administration onsite

Qualifications:

  • Must have a US accredited degree in Architecture

  • Must be a Licensed Architect

  • Must have at least 7+ years of post-graduate experience working with an architecutre firm

  • Post-graduate experience does not include internship exerpience, experience outside of US standard, or freelance work

  • Must have full professional proficiency working in Revit

  • Must have applicable project experience within municipal or education sector

  • Must be local-this is an in office/hybrid role

  • Must have valid work authorization
