We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Software CNO Developer to join our team in Aurora, CO . As a CNO Software Developer, you will thrive in an Agile environment, utilizing your expertise in Research, Software Engineering, and Networking to develop mission-critical tools.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating as a key member of a small multi-disciplinary team, conducting platform research, and implementing solutions in C, C++, and/or Assembly.

  • Supporting unit, component, and system test activities, as well as contributing to readiness reviews and product release cycles.

  • Effectively communicating with the technical team, management, and the customer to provide progress updates, share plans, and address potential issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in system-level programming or development for embedded systems.

  • Proficiency in C/C++ development for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM architectures.

  • Familiarity with signal analysis tools like Wireshark.

  • Scripting experience using Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.

  • Comfortable working in the Linux operating system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Development experience using C/C++ for PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM architectures.

  • Understanding of reverse engineering using tools such as Ghidra, IDA Pro, or Binary Ninja.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment, utilizing the Atlassian suite.

  • Basic knowledge of Real-Time Operating Systems like VxWorks, Integrity, eCos, or POSIX-compliant Operating Systems such as Solaris or BSD.

  • Fundamental understanding of network programming.

  • Familiarity with SVN or GIT version control systems, along with basic Configuration Management principles.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active/Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $79,300-$133,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
