SciTec Program Site Reliability and Maintainability Lead in Aurora, Colorado

SciTec is seeking a Program Site Reliability and Maintainability Lead with duties located at Buckley Space Force Base.
Responsibilities
Manage systems with explicit reliability and availability requirements
Manage incident response and defect resolution
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives
Maintain constant communication with the Government and SciTec leadership on program technical status
Support program management in managing major milestones, deliveries, events, integration points, and mission partner dependencies
Execute contract efforts to support operational acceptance campaigns and maintenance of fielded software for OPIR Battlespace Awareness Center (OBAC) operators
Serve as the on-site program focal point for program execution and support requirements
Manage on-site support to operations and coordination across teams
Participate in technical exchange meetings with other programs to coordinate future integration efforts
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance
Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical field or additional relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree
15+ years of experience working on DoD projects supporting operations, information, and/or engineering
10+ years of recent experience in OPIR development programs familiar with the development lifecycle of OPIR programs, as well as the various producers and consumers of OPIR data
Strong team-building, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities
Excellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skills
Ability to interact, brief and develop positive relationships with both customer and company senior leadership
Demonstrated proficiency leading execution for a medium-complexity system of programs
Detail oriented

Flexible Work Hours
The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $199,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
