Key Responsibilities:
Express proteins in mammalian cell cultures
Determining protein-protein interactions using flow cytometry and yeast 2-hybrid assays
Characterizing proteins using circular dichroism, fluorescence, dynamic light scattering, and other techniques
Deep mutational scanning of protein structure and function
Assist with laboratory organization and ordering procedures
Assist other researchers with cell culture and sample preparation

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biophysics or related discipline
Experience with various analytical techniques mentioned above
Condition of Employment
- Must be willing and able to work occasional weekends to meet the deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biophysics or related discipline
Strong background in experimental design, sample preparation, data collection, processing, and quantitative analysis using various techniques.
Demonstrated experience in protein analytical techniques, spectroscopy, protein expression and purification.
Proven track record in presenting research findings at conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
Prior experience working in teams on collaborative projects is desirable.
Meeting the project deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A highly motivated self-starter who is able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of experimental design and basic science techniques including safety procedures.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and work independently.
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with lab members.
Excellent attention to detail.

The starting salary range () for this position has been established as The annualized salary range for this position is $48,410 - $52,000, depending on qualifications and experience level.
