Job Overview

This position is responsible for routine administration of day-to-day operations of infrastructure systems, services, data systems and storage environments. Responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining the performance, availability, capacity, and security of operating systems, client systems, servers and storage systems, and enterprise platforms, managing system backups and restores, troubleshooting, and documenting procedures, processes, and policies. This role will help also be responsible for designing, managing and maintaining the Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure, specifically utilizing Jamf and Intune, to ensure secure and efficient operation of Apple iOS, macOS, and Android devices within the organization.. Potential Specialty Areas: Citrix, Desktop, Enterprise Storage, Epic, Interface, Servers

Additional Information

Department: Help Desk Procurement EDA Hours per week: 40, eligible for benefits Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This role will also require on-call and weekend commitments.

Qualifications

EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree is required. EXPERIENCE - Minimum of three (3) years of related experience is required. 3 years of experience in MDM administration is preferred. EQUIVALENCY - Combination of post-high school education, job related certification and/or related experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements. CERTIFICATION(S) - MDM certifications (e.g., Jamf Certified Administrator) preferred.

Participates in testing, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and development of operations and maintenance procedures. Designs, develops, and maintains data interfaces and the interface engine that manipulates the interface messages in production and non-production environments.
