We are looking for LPN working in Home Health for part-time.

Pay: from $40-45 per visit.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in Home Health-preferred. Must have a valid LPN license. Must be CPR Certified. Must have a drive license and auto insurance. Able to work in our servicing areas.

LPN will give and assist in direct patient care while working under the supervision of the charge nurse (RN). Patients will be managed medically by the LPN. Assist the RN with patient population environmental safety and crisis management. Through frequent nursing care plan updates, ensure that patient care is documented, that data is accurate, and that it is included in the master treatment plan.
