TEKsystems Entry Level Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual) in Aurora, Colorado
Join Our Team as a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative!
Location: Aurora, CO
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay: $50k base + commission (first year rep made $78k and top reps made over $100k) + growth opportunities within 6-12 months
What You’ll Do:
Manage and nurture relationships with 800 assigned customers across 9 counties —making up 50% of your time.
Handle all inbound leads and engage in prospecting (spend 30% of your time finding new customers).
Welcome walk-in traffic and assist with various branch responsibilities.
Qualify leads received through our CRM system and guide them to our Sales Representatives for final sales.
Make 30-40 calls daily to identify 1-2 leads for our sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Bilingual in Spanish and English—fluent, professional communication is a must!
Open to candidates with 0 to 2 years of customer service/sales experience.
A proactive communicator who enjoys making outbound calls!
