FTE: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This director level position supports the Senior Director of Project Activation and the respective Hospital Presidents for the activation of capital projects. Works closely with the construction project management team, respective hospital operational teams, internal activation team, external activation consultant and internal/external vendors to implement and provide oversight of the building readiness activities associated with the activation and operation of new facilities.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum Experience: Experience in transition planning and activation of healthcare facilities. Preferred: Leadership and management experience in activating new inpatient facilities.

Responsibilities:
Implements and provides oversight of all building readiness activities associated with the approved Activation Work plan for new facilities.
Works closely with hospital operational teams and provides management oversight of Building Readiness Manager/Project Manager.
Coordinates building readiness with Facilities Design and Construction project management team to ensure project construction and building readiness activities are in alignment.
Coordinates building readiness with support departments (IT and Supply Chain) to ensure their project responsibilities and building readiness activities are in alignment.
