Contractor Program Security Officer, Lead Key Role: Manage the industrial security program and security activities at a client facility. Ensure compliance with intelligence community (IC), DoD, and company security policies, requirements, and procedures.Review and investigate non-compliance issues. Provide security guidance and recommendations to client-facing staff. Manage all program and administrative activities relating to security clearances for the organization's employees.Advise management and personnel on best practices to address security related issues. Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience applying tailored, responsive,multi-disciplined security support, including personnel, physical, technical, operational, and information security aimed at the protection of corporate and client personnel, information, facilities, programs, and capabilities
Knowledge of personnel and physical security policies and regulations, including ICD 705, ICD 704, and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEAD)
Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels, including senior managers, peers, junior members, and clients
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting intelligence community proposals, including documentation development
Experience supporting SCI programs
Knowledge of contract and acquisition security practices
Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and articulate focused solutions, and take independent action in an often-ambiguous work environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
