Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk in Aurora, Colorado. The successful candidate will be part of our team, handling important duties related to customer credit applications and records. This role is critical in ensuring smooth financial operations within our organization, specifically in the area of accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintaining up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly

• Implementing appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments

• Managing cash invoices and credit memos

• Setting up credit lines for customers as needed

• Overseeing billing procedures and ensuring they are carried out efficiently

• Utilizing software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Undertaking account reconciliation tasks and ensuring all accounts are balanced. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role

• Demonstrated skills in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
