Job Overview:

This position is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels of the hospital are maintained daily to comply with staff to patient ratios as defined by the current consent decree. This position is also responsible for hiring employees to work overtime to maintain staffing levels. Working with a scheduling program (VSS Pro) as well as using a time and attendance program called Attendance On Demand (AOD). Applicants should have experience and knowledge using Microsoft Access, Excel, and Outlook programs. Data entry will also be an expectation of this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Training, education, or experience in office and administrative support work that demonstrates 1) competency in applying a proficient knowledge of modern office practices to perform advanced administrative support tasks requiring specialized skills, and 2) the ability to use independent judgment, initiative, and discretion to make determinations on varied matters. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience with scheduling, organizing, and attention to detail.
