Maxim Healthcare Services is a Private Duty Nursing agency that hires RN’s to work with pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of the patient’s home.

We offer caregivers per diem, Part-time, and Full-time hours, at your own convenience. All you need to do is tell me what your availability is for work, and we do our best to accommodate that. Most of our shifts are generally between 8–12-hour shifts. We have day and nighttime shift availability; however, we never require any caregiver to work nights, holidays, or weekends unless that is what you prefer to do! Furthermore, Maxim Healthcare Services offers pay differentials for any overnights or holidays that are worked.

The pay rate for this position is Hourly - $34/hr - $38/hr

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• Performs focused assessment to identify specific patient needs.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Other Registered Nurse duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Unencumbered License for the state of Maine or another compact state.

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

• Current Health Certificate (per facility).

• Current BLS or AHA Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.

• Flu vaccination
