Additionally, you'll collaborate with a leadership team to oversee administrative and clinical services, analyzing and enhancing physician practice processes to ensure quality, productivity, customer experience, and regulatory compliance at assigned physician office sites.

Job Description:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate service line programs to achieve performance objectives and foster strategic relationships with partners, organizations, and facilities.

  • Participate in developing and coordinating strategic decisions impacting service line functionality.

  • Assist in overseeing daily operational activities and coordinate human and material resources of the clinic.

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to establish work procedures and standards aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the service line.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Soarian is highly desirable!

  • A solid understanding of healthcare business processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects and relationships.

  • Experience in independently managing projects.

  • Proficiency in using data analytics to drive operational, quality, and financial performance aligned with organizational goals.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft software, particularly Excel.

  • An inquisitive nature and eagerness to tackle a diverse range of challenges!
