Rework Technician

Responsibilities:

• Identify root cause of nonconformance and communicate findings to the production line.

• Participate in quality and efficiency improvement activities.

• Complete all assignments according to development schedules, cost objectives and management directions.

• Assure confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models, and product plans.

• Identify new products and features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and keep the production line at the forefront of the industry.

• Participate in and encourage the highest level of quality, efficiency and professionalism from co-workers.

• Communicate effectively with co-workers and encourage their efforts.

• Disassemble and assemble engines without damaging or losing components.

• Ride and evaluate ATV’s and ROV’s.

• Maintain work area clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required, 2 year technical or industry related degree preferred

• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required

• ASE certification a plus, ability to interpret blueprints
