Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Augusta, Georgia. In this role, you will be leading and overseeing HR functions in our organization. This includes managing pay and benefits, handling talent acquisition and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct HR functions within the organization

• Manage and administer employee benefits and compensation

• Oversee talent acquisition processes and onboarding of new employees

• Ensure the organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Handle employee investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary

• Develop and implement employee training and development programs

• Maintain updated and accurate employee records

• Utilize HR software programs for efficient management of HR functions

• Use strong communication skills to foster positive employee relations

• Implement and manage hiring processes effectively.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Human Resources managerial position

• Familiarity with ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS)

• Proficiency in using Ceridian HR software

• Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) principles

• Ability to manage and oversee benefit functions

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience in ensuring compliance with HR regulations and policies

• Strong skills in managing employee relations

• Experience in developing and improving hiring processes.
