Nexstar Media Group Coordinator, Digital Sales in Augusta, Georgia

The Digital Sales Coordinator : Nexstar Media Inc (WJBF) is seeking a Digital Sales who will play a vital role in our ad operations, creative development, and inter-departmental collaboration. This dynamic position includes managing critical tasks across multiple platforms, with an emphasis on digital advertising, video content, and broadcast coordination. The ideal candidate will oversee weekly pacing, creative, and inventory reports, deliver monthly analytics, and support the smooth execution of campaigns from pre-onboarding through final client approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Ad Operations:

  • Oversee weekly pacing, creative, and inventory reporting.

  • Generate monthly analytic reports for stakeholders.

  • Manage campaign progression, troubleshoot as needed, and provide consistent updates.

  • Assist with NXD/DMS order fulfillment and trafficking.

  • Coordinate and schedule social media content using Canva Pro.

  • Video Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to conceptualize client-focused video content.

  • Develop custom video reels and participate in brainstorming sessions for commercial concepts.

  • Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all video assets to align with client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital ad platforms, creative development, and/or video production coordination.

  • Proficiency with digital content tools, especially Canva Pro, for social media scheduling.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
