The Coca-Cola Company Maintenance Tech II - Night Shift - $33 per hour in Auburndale, Florida

This position provides proactive leadership, direction, single point accountability and technical expertise required to achieve and sustain optimum reliability, maintainability, and useful life for the manufacturing facility. The primary role of this position is to improve asset/capacity reliability through the elimination of repetitive failures, technical support of the maintenance function and the management of appropriate Preventive and Predictive Maintenance processes.
Night Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30AM - 2-2-3 schedule with rotating weekends.
What You'll Do for Us:
Technical Problem Resolution: Resolve day-to-day technical issues on production lines, ensuring equipment and machinery comply with production procedures and process specifications.
Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure reliable operation and adherence to process specifications.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.
Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed maintenance records to identify and address recurring issues.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare diagrams, drawings, charts, calculations, and reports to define reliability problems and recommend solutions.
Reliability Data Management: Manage reliability data, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), work order failure code analysis, maintenance of asset hierarchy, bills of materials, and technical library maintenance.
Continuous Improvement: Advise, train, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Manage and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs. This includes systematically defining, developing, monitoring, and refining maintenance processes for optimal performance.
Criticality and FMEA: Facilitate Equipment Criticality strategy formulation and ranking sessions. Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Predictive Maintenance Technologies: Ensure correct application of Predictive Maintenance technologies (e.g., oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics, online and offline motor testing) on manufacturing assets.
Maintenance Plans: Develop and implement changes to equipment maintenance plans based on failure modes, historical data, reliability principles, and best practices.
Manufacturer Collaboration: Work with equipment manufacturers for factory and site acceptance testing.
Continuous Improvement Plans: Develop short- and long-term plans to mitigate equipment failures.
SOP Development: Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing maintenance is required.
Reliability Experience: At least 3 years of equipment reliability experience is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Wiring, Mechanical/Electrical Devices, Circuits, Robotics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and computer-controlled systems.
Mechanical/Electrical experience in maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment.
Experience with the organization and implementation of Maintenance Planning tools.
Experience in an ISO or documented environment.
Familiarity with performance management metrics for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
Proficiency with computer-driven maintenance and planning software.
Ability to use analysis tools to improve equipment reliability.
Skills:
Ability to hear machine operations sounds to detect defective parts, machine failures, and changes in speed and other routine running conditions
Manual and finger dexterity
Must be able to work flexible shift schedules up to 12-hour shifts as needed
Capable of lifting 50 pounds and working at heights or in extreme temperatures
Strong problem-solving skills; able to work under stress and flexible schedules
Proficient with computers and software programs
Perform tasks safely to meet Quality, Service, and Cost goals

Pay Range:$64,665 - $87,487
