Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler where you will be a part of a world-class leader in designing, building, and manufacturing aerospace structures, systems, and components for a diverse range of customers including commercial, business, regional, and military aerospace sectors. In this role, you will engage in pre-assembly tasks like drilling and deburring parts, assembling component parts by attaching ground studs, nut plates, or bonding, and utilizing various tools such as hand/pneumatic tools, and measuring devices like Micrometers and Calipers. Additionally, you will work with aerospace blueprints and schematics. We are keen on hiring entry-level candidates eager to learn aerospace skills and grow a new career in this exciting industry.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a contract duration of 3 Month(s) until direct hire.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site day shift position in Auburn, Washington.

Work Environment

Work in a clean manufacturing shop dealing with steel/sheet metal to manufacture Aerospace parts. The environment is heavy, can be loud but is well-organized. Note: Physical proof of citizenship is required on the first day (passport, birth certificate, or permanent resident card). Compliance with this requirement is crucial to avoid risks of non-compliance.
