Maintenance Tech/Custodian Team Lead

Schedule, assign, coordinate custodial staff in completing maintenance/cleaning tasks recruits, hires, trains, develops staff Trains Maintenance staff Reviews and evaluates staff performance Ensures cleanliness of common areas Assures grounds, sidewalks, steps, walkways are clear and free of debris Assists with room setup for special events Attends and completes training Other duties as assigned

Hours vary between 5:00am-9:00pm Background check required references preferred
