D&W Diesel, Inc. Information Technology Manager in Auburn, New York

D&W Diesel, Inc. has a great opportunity for an Information Technology Manager to lead our IT Team during a pivotal time in our software evolution. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Auburn, New York and reports to the President. Job Responsibilities:•Manage all aspects of D&W’s information systems including ERP, ecommerce and corporate websites, CRM, hardware, software, security, networking and phone systems•Lead ERP project currently underway to transition from our legacy systems to a new platform•Provide leadership and support to a diverse 6-person team•Collaborate with other departments to determine their needs for business system and technology enhancements. Develop and maintain an IT roadmap.•Document critical path knowledge and information flows throughout the organization's processes Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required •5+ years’ experience managing IT teams•Familiarity with BASIC, .Net, C#, RESTful Web Services, APIs, and/or SQL Server is preferred but not necessary•Proficient in MS Office products, hardware and technology equipment and Microsoft operating systems•Continuous improvement mindset that works to prepare the company for the future•Will consider a hybrid schedule for the right candidateThe IT Manager will provide hands on leadership in executing the programs, projects and day to day operational tasks to support our growing organization.
