Job Description:

SK Siltron CSS has an exciting opportunity at the Auburn and Bay City Sites in MI for a Crystal Growth Process Engineer. These roles require occasional off-hour support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve productivity and yield through data analysis, yield enhancement, and variability reduction projects
• Own and troubleshoot yield deviations, tool, or process excursions in a fast and timely manner
• Documentation: maintain tool history, update operating procedures, and document changes

• Provide technical leadership to the junior members of the team

   

Physical Requirements:

M-Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in the following: any Engineering discipline, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science

• 2 years relevant experience (Thin Film, Crystal Growth, PVT, induction heating advantageous)
