Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Paintline to join their team. As a Paintline, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Paintline

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour

Shift - 3rd

What's the Job?

• Responsible for the appropriate application and quality of paint to all painted parts.

• Understand the paint line process from start to finish.

• Perform a variety of production duties to support efficiency, quality, and safety in daily operations.

• Remove rust, BB's, and any imperfections from surfaces to prepare them for painting.

• Record all labor and downtime, documenting all information pertaining to each work order and routing.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read work orders or prints from the Team Leader.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to maintain proper concentration of water, cleaning solutions, and temperature of the wash tanks.

• Capability to hang products on the line with proper hooks, eyelets, and spacing.
