Responsible for the planning and scheduling of deliveries of materials from suppliers in order to improve the operating efficiency, quality and productivity of the supply value chain as well as to reduce operating and logistics costs. Develop and implement logistics plans and practices to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively operate the organization. Manage BOM (Bill of Material) assigned production programs. Determine time phasing and logistic support sequences, for discovering and solving problems arising from various factors, like operational area, location, human factors, environmental factors, facility and process flow. Attend weekly ECR conferences and manage PI for each material. Monitor material inventory for production planning. Analysis and forecast flow and issues for each material. Monitor and track critical materials.Co-operate with purchasing team to resolve supplier issues. Interact with our Korean Headquarters (HQ) for any communication needed regarding the delivery of materials. Interact with HQ for daily / weekly plans to keep production and successive program management. Interact with HQ system team for any issues with systemically inbound / outbound. Data management for planning. Weekly report to the president regarding the inventory of finished goods and critical materials. Support managing key performance indicators (KPI) with weekly meetings with HQ. Proceed rework PO for tear-down co-operating with the logistics and manufacturing team. File, maintain and control documentation generated
