TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Description:

Looking for to add a strong desktop technician that can bring 2-3 years of enterprise level of experience providing L2/3 support. This group supports all general user support as well as a number of facilities across Metro Detroit, but all of the L1 tickets go thru their service desk so they are only working on escalation issues. The will be supporting a variety of users ranging from regular office employees, to engineers to C suite and company leadership.

Technology in Env:

  • Windows (nearly all W11 at this point)

  • SCCM used for imaging, patching, and deployments, as well as tracking assets.

  • Service Now - ticketing system of choice for them

  • Active Directory

  • Bitlocker

  • o365

  • Basic networking and server knowledge

  • Microsoft Teams and other teleconferencing tech
