YOUR ROLE AS A CAREGIVER In this dynamic caregiving role as a Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial support to seniors during both day and night shifts. From minimum 4-hour care sessions to round-the-clock assistance, you will play a vital part in helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including assisting with household chores, meal preparation, errands, and ensuring personal care needs are met with respect and dignity. Your compassionate approach will be particularly valuable when providing care for clients with cognitive impairments, where your patience and empathy will shine through. As a Caregiver, documenting your interactions and observations accurately and promptly is essential. By maintaining open communication with the office, you will ensure that the individualized care plans for each client are consistently met. WHAT WE EXPEXT FROM YOU * Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance * We will help you apply for your Home Care Aide Registration Approval Letter from the Department of Social Services * No experience as a Caregiver is necessary as we will provide comprehensive training * Must get a TB Test completed. (we will help you with the process) While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, prior home care experience is advantageous. Caregiving experience for a family member or loved one is also highly regarded, as we offer training to ensure your success.
