Job Description
The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Primary Care Provider for its practices in UNITE HERE Health (UHH) and Mount Sinai Solutions in Atlantic City, NJ.
Since 2016, UNITE HERE Health (UHH) and Mount Sinai Solutions have collaborated to enhance patient care by creating a medical neighborhood, which provides UHH members with enhanced access and exceptional care through a dedicated primary care center .
UHH is an innovative purchaser of health care, providing health care benefits for 14,000 members and their dependents who work in the entertainment and casino industry in Atlantic City. UHH has contracted with Mount Sinai Solutions since 2016 to operate a dedicated health center for its covered lives. The UHH Atlantic City Health Center is operated outside the pressures of a fee-for-service reimbursement model and instead is focused on access and outcomes.
Mount Sinai Solutions is part of the Mount Sinai Health System focusing on how to provide population health solutions direct to employers and purchasers such as union health funds. Mount Sinai Solutions operates six dedicated health centers and two shared health centers for employers and purchaser in New York and New Jersey.
We are looking for a forward thinking, compassionate Primary Care Doctor to join our team!
Position Details:
Ensure ready access to excellent patient care through top-notch customer service, ultimately driving better health outcomes and lowering health care costs.
Participate in team-based care by partnering with the entire clinical team, including health coaches who work with providers and patients to increase engagement and motivation.
Actively contribute to practice innovation and improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships within the Atlantic City community, including healthcare and other support services organizations.
Collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues as an integral part of a world-class health system.

Position Qualifications:
Medical Degree from an Accredited University
New Jersey State Medical License
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Committed to Mount Sinai’s vision and the communities it serves
Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
Respectfully collaborate and build relationships with a diverse set of teammates with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical backgrounds
