Adecco US, Inc. Certified Notary - Florida Area in Atlantic Beach, Florida

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Remote Certified Notary role with a local client in Florida! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

· Type: Contract

· Pay: $35.00/HR

· Shift/Hours: 2-3 times a week for 1 hour per session

Job Duties:

· Responsible for preparing and uploading various documents for remote notarization.

· Ensure that all the signers receive the proper electronic paperwork, are informed of the obligations set out by the documents, and properly complete and sign the paperwork.

· Provide first-line technical troubleshooting, and be the face of our company as you virtually walk signers through eSigning their documents in a remote online notarization

Qualifications Desired:

· Must be a Certified Notary and possess RON Certification

· Open availability during business hours (9 am - 4 pm EST)

· Stable internet connection, free of distractions

· Basic technological proficiency - experience in online notarization a plus, familiarity with Notarize (formerly known as Proof) a plus

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
