Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Workday IT Product Owner to join their team. This individual will be the primary Workday PO and lead all Workday-related projects as brought forth via HR business requirements, including overseeing and managing system functionality, integrations, troubleshooting, enhancements, and upgrades/updates. Additionally, this person will be responsible for designing and maintaining data-accurate Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide insightful HR metrics and analytics. Salary is between $140,000 and $150,000,

Skills and Requirements

• Mid-level or higher experience working in a BA, PO/PM role with significant exposure to Workday

   - Significant experience working with Workday reporting and analytics and managing it across multiple functions

   - Strong PM skills leading system integrations and implementations Experience with Jira null
