Overview
The Chick-fil-A Support Center is launching a new project-based role that is part of the Team Member Experience Team within Marketing department.This Project Full-time role is a TEMPORARY, full-time position up to a maximum of 36 months.

To achieve this, Team Member Experience sub-department (within the Marketing department) equips franchised Operators to deliver an elevated Applicant and Team Member experience. This role is part of the Team Member Experience sub-department.
As theSr. Product Lead, Team Member Technology, you will support the Director, Team Member Experience across a suite of technology solutions, including existing products as well as new technologies, in an effort to pursue an integrated enterprise Team Member technology ecosystem. This role will support technologies across the Chick-fil-A Innovation Cycle from Understand / Imagine, through launch to the field. We know that technology has the power to unlock capacity, increase engagement, and support Operators in providing a more optimal Team Member experience. Your efforts will directly impact the day-to-day lives of Team Members.
The Sr. Product Lead will also work directly with Principal Program Leads to ensure robust and aligned product roadmaps, incorporating Operator and Team Member feedback, and supporting field adoption efforts.

Responsibilities
This leader in this role will support projects associated with or relate to Team Member technology solutions. This leader will:
Understand current and future needs of Team Member audiences and ensure alignment with strategy and roadmaps.
Flex across various projects to support Product Owners of enterprise technology solutions.
Lead the Understand / Imagine phase for a new Restaurant / Shift Leader technology solution.
Navigate complex internal and external dynamics to ensure a best-in-class, industry leading technology solution.
Facilitate relationship between various departments including DTT, Legal, Learning and Development, Field Operations, Enterprise Data and Analytics, among others.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the enterprise.
Benchmark best-in-class industry leaders and ensure Chick-fil-A remains competitive with and at the forefront of Team Member solutions.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies that will enhance the Team Member technology ecosystem.
Continuously measure success of Team Member technology ecosystem, as well as product offerings.
Support the Director, Team Member Experience with enterprise Team Member technology ecosystem strategy, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of professional work experience
Experience working with, aligned to, or supporting cross-functional projects.
Project management experience
Highly effective in translating metrics, research, and trends into strategy and impact
Results-oriented, yet demonstrates adaptability in changing circumstances
High workload capacity; ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Teams) and other leading project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple projects, with competing priorities
Experience navigating the build of custom technology solutions
Experience navigating agile project management methodologies
Experience communicating across various stakeholder groups including executive leadership
Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making
Familiarity with the Chick-fil-A Operator Agreement
Clear understanding of the Chick-fil-A Innovation Process
