Chick-fil-A Systems Analyst II, Spotlight in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

The Spotlight Systems Analyst II role serves on the Customer Technology Solutions (CTS) team within the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) department. As a Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner with other System Analysts and stakeholders in various departments, including the Marketing department (primarily the Customer Digital & Delivery and Brand Activation & Marketing teams), the Support Now department, and other teams within DTT. Together, you will support our shared vision to build digital experiences that enable us to "know someone's story so that we can care for them personally".

Spotlight is a powerful product that empowers Restaurants with information and insights specific to their customers as well as many local marketing activation tools. In this role, you will partner with the Spotlight Product Owner to review Restaurant and stakeholder prioritized problems to then define detailed needs that need to be solved within the Spotlight product. You will be tasked with leading the development and delivery of product solutions as well as analyzing our data processes alongside engineers to discover optimization opportunities.

You will develop and grow relationships with teams across the Customer Digital & Delivery (CDD) and Brand Activation & Marketing (BAM) teams. You will manage and collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts within Customer Technology Solutions (CTS) to test and implement services.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage technical understanding and business acumen to translate low to medium complexity business requirements into technical specifications for engineers.

  • Create documentation (systems/functional requirements specifications, flowcharts, process maps, and test plans, etc.).

  • Solve a range of straightforward problems using standard procedures. Develop system expertise and leverage knowledge to support and troubleshoot simple to medium complexity issues.

  • Support, troubleshoot, and communicate to supervisors or partners when issues are escalated to team.

  • Effectively communicate with functional and technical partners about systems, processes, and outcomes.

  • May work as part of a project team representing systems to deliver small to medium sized projects.

  • May assist with enabling new system features, upgrades/backups, identifying customizations.

  • May assist with monitoring the health of systems/applications.
