Google Strategy and Operations Manager, Partner Ecosystem, Google Cloud in Atlanta, Georgia

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Program Management.

  • Experience with spreadsheet analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

  • Experience leading senior cross-functional stakeholders and partners and influencing executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics.

  • Experience working with senior executives on strategy and analytical insights.

  • Intermediate SQL and advanced spreadsheet analysis skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communications skills.

The Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations (GTM S&O) organization at Google Cloud focuses on customer onboarding, growth, expansion, and strategic partnerships. It provides business insights, ensures cross-functional alignment, and drives strategic partnerships and new initiatives. The organization's goal is to align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.

In this role, you will work directly with Cloud leaders and stakeholders to help define, implement and operationalize strategy for Google Cloud’s Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization, which is responsible for driving the overall strategy and execution of Google Cloud's partner ecosystem to enable rapid customer acquisition, accelerated business consumption growth, and customer outcomes, working with partners like Global System Integrators, Sell and Services Partners and ISVs.

Within GTM S&O, you will be a core member of the global Strategy and Operations team, owning complex strategic topics that span multiple geographies and setting up Partner Ecosystem and Channels to keep delivering outsized impact as Cloud continues its rapid growth. You’ll enjoy bringing structure and quantitative insight to some of our most pressing strategy questions and orchestrating across the business to find the best answers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Develop go-to-market strategies, advisory recommendations, and strategic business plans for the leadership of the Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization.

  • Use advanced data analysis to analyze performance trends across the Cloud partner ecosystem and develop analytical insights reports on key trends.

  • Define and implement large-scale complex strategic initiatives to improve customer and partner experience and business impact by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute priorities.

  • Work with business leaders to craft enablement programs to implement people, processes, and tooling changes with partner managers, sellers, customers, and partners.

  • Support the strategic and annual business planning process with business unit leaders.
