Chick-fil-A Sr. Technical Program Lead, Sustainability in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

This role will be the primary technical partner with Chick-fil-A's Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility teams. This role will be instrumental in leading multiple complex programs that enable the Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility teams to carry out their business outcomes. This role will lead the implementation and ongoing operations of technical solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to integrate and optimize technical systems that enhance Chick-fil-A's sustainability performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create vision and strategy in partnership with Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility.

  • Serve as a liaison between DTT and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Lead multiple large technical initiatives and/or programs.

  • Demystify technology for business partners.

  • Manage support and maintenance of technical initiatives and/or programs.

  • Gather requirements, create documentation and resources for technical initiative or program implementations, changes, and issues.

  • Collaborate and interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to manage the implementation of technical programs and/or initiatives.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for programs/platforms supported.

  • Define strategy, lifecycle, and design for areas of responsibility.

  • Own the strategic relationship with functional and technical partners.

  • Build strategic plans with business partners/stakeholders.

  • Exercise expertise and thought leadership over areas of responsibility, initiatives, and programs supported.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge and/or experience with other Agile development approaches and techniques

  • Experience in driving teams and management to decisions Experience with technical systems, data structures and languages

  • Experience leading significant technical initiative and programs

  • Knowledge and/or experience with development approaches and techniques

  • Experience in driving teams and management to decisions 

  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them to techno-functional requirements that deliver desired outcomes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent personal and relational intelligence 

  • Demonstration of leadership and strong collaboration
