TK Elevator is currently seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager, IT Service Delivery located in Atlanta, GA.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in managing complex applications, including but not limited to ERP (Oracle), COTS, custom applications, and SaaS solutions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Lead the strategic management of the application portfolio, including ERP, EPM, COTS, custom applications, SaaS solutions, and AMS agreements. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological innovation to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement the technology strategy for the application landscape. Align IT initiatives with business goals and drive innovation for enhanced user experience. Lead, manage, and mentor a vendor team of IT professionals including application managers, developers, engineers, and analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure TKE's corporate and financial platforms are available and high-performing. Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Partner with internal and external audit to ensure our applications portfolio has the proper controls in place and monthly/quarterly compliance goals are routinely met. Build and foster an environment of compliance and protect TKE from security vulnerabilities and risk through proper disaster recovery planning, penetration testing and vulnerability management programs. Manage the transition of new applications from project delivery through hyper care and business-as-usual support. Use of continuous improvement tools, root cause analysis, surveys, net promoter scoring, etc to make our business more efficient as they utilize our business-enabling technologies. Manage relationships with software vendors, third-party partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and technical teams. Align application delivery strategies with overall business goals and technology roadmaps. Drive initiatives for process optimization, best practices, methodologies, and tools. Deliver high-quality solutions and enhance the efficiency of the application delivery process. Possess strong ITSM experience with a focus on quantitative measurement and improvement of service delivery through proper use of KPIs and metrics. A relentless drive for improvement in service delivery processes and a passion for continuous improvement. Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Apply insights to drive innovation and enhance the organization's competitive advantage. Manage ongoing application support and maintenance for a broad range of applications and technologies. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and manage budgets related to application management. Allocate resources effectively, manage software licensing, and infrastructure needs. Provide regular updates and reports on service delivery performance, metrics and improvements. Communicate effectively with executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven management experience (10 years) in IT application delivery, including managing ERP, CRM, COTS, Custom, and SaaS technologies. Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Experience in managing Application Management Services (AMS) agreements and vendor relationships. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of technical professionals. Project management expertise with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives. Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals. Proven experience in risk management and problem-solving, with the ability to navigate through challenges and uncertainties. Knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks for IT service management is required. Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards is advantageous.
