Job Summary

The Senior Catering Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the overall event sales lifecycle of catering events at the location to meet and exceed established annual sales revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and driven sales administrative professional - able to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to plan and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support including filing, copying and typing of letters/memos

• Ensures that appropriate Catering Sales materials are always updated with most current pricing and details including event menus, and signage

• Provides ready assistance to Catering Sales management to ensure all catering services exceed guest expectations

• Manages the distribution of client and partner inquiries efficiently

• Completes projects in a timely and professional manner

• Promotes a positive work environment, maximizing productivity and morale throughout the location

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 1+ years in a catering administrative professional role

  • Experience working on major events is preferred

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Passion for hospitality, food and retail

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
