Description We are looking for a Software Developer with a focus on API development in the healthcare and social assistance industry. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be a key player in our team, working on API development that powers our mobile application and interacts with our implementation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain API for our mobile application and implementation systems

• Collaborate with the team to understand and build a chatbot for our website and phone system

• Utilize Node.js, SQL database on Kubernetes, and Azure for software development

• Work with MuleSoft for API development

• Collaborate with the customer service experience team to understand their needs and build solutions to reduce the number of calls to the center

• Backend development to support the overall functionality of our systems

• Ensure the accurate and efficient functioning of the software and rectify any issues or bugs

• Regularly update skills and knowledge of latest software development practices and technologies. Requirements • Proficiency in Backend Development with a focus on creating and optimizing solutions to meet user needs

• Experience in API Development, demonstrating the ability to create efficient interfaces between different software components

• Advanced skills in Node.js, showing a capacity to use this runtime environment in developing server-side applications

• Familiarity with Azure SQL Database and its applications in cloud computing environments

• Knowledge of Kubernetes for automating application deployment, scaling, and management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven track record of developing and implementing software solutions in the healthcare industry

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for complex computational analysis

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
