ServiceNow Platform Architect – Vendor/Third Party Risk Management

Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect with extensive consultative and hands-on experience with the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Application in ServiceNow, including a proven track record of successful deployments for external customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their in-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform by working hand-in-hand with our customers, and platform developers, to ensure that the solution implemented meets best in class technical and practical standards.

As a Platform Architect you will be a technical consultant working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our customers. The Platform Architect provides best practice platform guidance for our clients, as well as working closely with key members of the Capgemini project team to ensure a timely and technically sound implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow Architect experience, as documented above

· In-depth and advanced knowledge of TPRM capabilities and architecture, including:

o Risk assessments

o Vendor onboarding and offboarding

o Questionnaires

o Dashboards

o Workflow automation

o Third party integrations

o Application relationships with other portions of the ServiceNow platform

· Understanding of Tiering assessments

· Should have define Integration between GRC and TPRM

· Vendor Importing into ServiceNow from third parties

· Should have Knowledge of SIG’s and able to define standard questionnaire for vendors

· Strong understanding of third-party risk management concepts

· Demonstrated level of expertise with JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API's, including the ability to create and implement their own scripts

· Ability to create custom business rules and client scripts, including UI policies/scripts, ACL’s, and Data Policies

· Proven ability with scripting and designing the Service Portal / Employee Center application, including utilizing HTML, CSS, Angular, SASS, Bootstrap

· Extensive Architect and Developer level experience with at least two primary ServiceNow applications, including:

o TPRM (mandatory)

o ITSM

o SPM

o CSM

o ITOM

o HR

o GRC

o ITAM

o Integration Hub (including integration development utilizing REST, SOAP, etc..)

· Create overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations that aligns with customer’s business requirements

· Contribute and actively participate in Scrum calls

· Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset

· Provide technical best practices, architecture and code review

· Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving.

· Remain innovative, creative, self-directed…a great leader and team player with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks

· Maintain current certifications, keep up to date on all Delta releases

Additional Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years IT related experience

· CSA Certification required

· Must have at least two ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certificates

o Preferable Implementation Specialist – GRC / Sec-Ops

· External Client consulting experience highly preferred

· Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

· Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proven leadership ability
