As Service Delivery Intern, you will work on a team to identify trends and areas for improvement while learning how to deliver quality service to clients.

Job Description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Intern who is currently enrolled in and is pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems or similar. This position will be a full-time Internship role and remote. The internship program runs from June 2nd 2025 - August 1st 2025.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in review of periodic engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Work as part of a team to identify and implement continuous improvement activities for our engagements

  • Reviews incidents as reported by the business and analyze for possible trends

  • Learn and experience what CAI does to deliver our services

  • Assist in SOW and proposal development

  • Learn people management

  • Create documentation as part of the support process

What You'll Need

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a college degree program in a Business, Information Technology or Information Systems related major

  • Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well independently or collaboratively as part of a team

  • Must be analytical, detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills and a positive attitude

  • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
