As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be delivering technology solutions via the ServiceNow platform working with the Agile software development methodology which allows the team to self- organize and make changes quickly.

Our Senior-Software Engineers earn between $105,000 - $210,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.

Overall Purpose: This career step requires intermediate level experience. Responsible for the overall delivery process of a software application or service, including design, development, testing, deployment, production application support (e.g., troubleshooting) and maintenance with a focus on automation. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate to gather and review software requirements/user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications and collaborate with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages. Create and execute automated test plans/strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers/architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting. In addition to Unit Test, responsibilities may include dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing. Supports applications and solves configuration and environment issues. Supports the software deployment process. Job Contribution: Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies. Education: Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience. Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role. Thorough ServiceNow developer knowledge

Must have done multiple API based, Plugin based, Orchestration based integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.

Must have proven knowledge and experience on Service Portal widget development, customization and creation of Service portal from scratch based on customer requirement and UI designer input

3+ years of ServiceNow experience doing the following:

Development

Configuration

Solutions evaluation

Validation and deployment

Experience leading ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution

Experience managing development effort pertaining to module of the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including support for newly developed modules/products

Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development and roll out phases

Contributes to the strategic development of new platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs

Ability to lead developers and guide them to remove roadblocks during the delivery phase

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Strong knowledge in web development methodologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML,JSON, Jelly, etc.)
