The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, AOC Conference Center Operations in Atlanta, Georgia

This role will lead a team of conference center service providers in support of meetings and events held at the Coca-Cola Global Headquarters. This includes direct oversight of a team of ambassadors, coordinators, and reservationists, as well as the campus catering operation. This manager will cultivate strong relationships with partners in technology, production, and facilities management. The role is responsible for prioritizing and operationalizing complex lines of business to deliver consistent service that aligns with organizational goals in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Manage the strategic and tactical operations across the conference center and catering while ensuring compliance, efficiencies, and supporting adherence to internal policies and guidelines  

  • Manage team of client-facing conference center coordinators and ambassadors

  • Serve as focal point for two primary service providers in (conference center staffing and catering)

  • Build relationships with business leaders and service providers to proactively assess future needs and opportunities for strategic alignment

  • Perform and deliver financial analysis including forecasting and reporting to drive business decisions 

  • Prioritize and operationalize shifts in strategy to drive key business objectives  

Education Requirements : Bachelor's Degree Required  

Related Work Experience:

  • 7-10 Years of relevant work experience  

  • Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize and operationalize changes to strategy 

  • Operational experience with service delivery - measuring success and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement  

  • Experience in managing and building diverse teams 

  • Leadership skills  

  • Proven financial and budget management skills  

  • Proven ability to read, edit, negotiate, and interpret contractual documentation, including the ability to manage performance to contracts and agreements

Travel

  • <10% Travel Required 

  • Weekend and evening work will be required depending on events being supported.

Pay Range:$134,900 - $158,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
