Our client in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal - Corporate Legal Team to join them on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting time to join this company. Senior Litigation Paralegal - Corporate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive litigation support, with a focus on corporate and employment litigation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide litigation support to attorneys, including case management, document review, and discovery, with a specific focus on corporate and employment litigation.

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, reports, and correspondence related to corporate and employment matters.

  • Manage deadlines, track case developments, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in corporate and employment litigation.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Assist with e-discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production for corporate and employment cases.

  • Prepare and organize legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses related to corporate and employment litigation.

  • Collaborate with legal teams on various projects, including settlements, contracts, and corporate actions, with a particular emphasis on corporate and employment law.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a strong preference for experience in corporate and employment litigation.

  • Desired experience working in a large corporate legal department as a shared resource supporting multiple attorneys.

  • Proficiency in legal research databases and e-discovery software.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
