    About The Role: The Senior Integrations Engineer- Tech Lead will lead our newly formed integrations team in developing a cutting-edge framework to power Rev.io's flagship PSA application and product suite. As tech lead, you'll architect solutions, mentor team members, and shape the future of our integrations capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities 

  • Architect and implement a scalable integrations framework from the ground up 

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 3 engineers 

  • Design and develop robust connections to third-party API services 

  • Establish and enforce best practices for integration design, development, and documentation

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align solutions with business objectives

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring timely completion 

  • Drive innovation in our integration strategies and technologies 

    Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 

  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on integrations and API connectivity 

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing integrations frameworks from scratch 

  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: .NET, C#, Python, or Java 

  • Experience with data engineering concepts and practices 

  • Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes 

  • Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies 

  • Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi 

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP platforms 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex integration challenges 

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members 

    Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies 

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies 

  • Experience in the telecommunications or SaaS industry
