What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead the commercial relationship and strategy with all designated Concessionaries and Caterers (e.g. Aramark, Compass, Legends, MATCH etc) of the official US FWC 26 venues.

  • Support the Plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful execution of the Venue & City Operations Plan in their defined Cluster

  • Provide leadership to a team of City Managers per host City through an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior at the venues and the implications on Company plans.

  • Plan operations for The Coca-Cola System in 1 of the designed 3 Clusters into which USA has been divided ahead of 2026 ​

  • Lead the execution/implementation of the Operation plans in assigned Custer (USA East, USA Center, USA West), with the support of the central teams.

  • Support the City Managers in obtaining approval from different Bottlers where relevant to utilize their staff (number TBD) for employment during the FIFA World Cup period (and some months prior to get trained) in the respective cluster.

  • Leads, coaches and develops employees within his/her cluster team to deliver activities within the Venue & City Operations Plan, on time and to the required standards of performance.

  • Manage expenditure for his/her Cluster within the defined budget established in the Venue & City Ops. Plan.

  • Minimize disruption to the local Coca-Cola System to ensure that they can continue to focus on existing business and capitalize on new opportunities presented by the staging of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

  • Capture and document best practices/learnings and conduct an After Action Review (AAR).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in an Operations/execution environment (ideally with experience of activating stadiums/sports venues as well as Away from Home outlets)

  • Well developed relationship management, influence and negotiation skills with ability to leverage opportunities

  • Past experience in working with Organising Committees in a sponsorship relationship

  • Experience in operating Sports venues (ideally Football stadiums), with special focus on management of Concessionaries, logistics, merchandising and cooling equipment

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and related coordination of commercial finance responsibility

  • Previous experience working with senior Bottler management

  • Profound knowledge and proficiency in leading cross-functional teams

  • A proven track record of effectively managing external suppliers

  • Exceptional business acumen, with the capacity to develop well-reasoned, financially sound investment and project proposals

  • Skilled at coordinating numerous project components towards a single mission goal
