Position Overview
The North America Foodservice Distribution Network is a critical route-to-market for delivering Coca-Cola Foodservice brands and products to the right outlets at the right time, ensuring that customers consistently serve the highest quality Coca-Cola beverages to their consumers.
As a key member of the National Foodservice Distribution (NFD) leadership team, the Senior Director of Distribution Operations & Relationship Management plays a vital role in advancing NFD's vision of becoming the most valued partner both externally and within the Coca-Cola System.
This position, leading a team of Operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Distribution National Sales Executive (DNSE), will provide supply chain/ operations thought leadership while fostering value-driven relationships with Distributors. In addition, the Director will develop strategic plans and oversee the execution of initiatives that ensure product availability, enable growth, and enhance process efficiencies and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership in creating a multi-year roadmap and lead the development of new capabilities as well as execution of process enhancements that will deliver Best-In-Class fulfillment performance for the Coca-Cola System.
Drive continuous improvements in order-to-cash processes to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness.
Design and implement route-to-market strategies to ensure successful delivery of innovation and low-velocity products for all Coca-Cola North America offerings (e.g., Bag-In-Box, Freestyle, Nutrition etc.)
Collaborate with Coca-Cola Bottlers to develop distributor programs, capabilities, and training solutions that drive profitable category growth.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior executives (C-Suite, SVPs, VPs of Procurement, Operations, etc.) within the distributor portfolio through Top-to-Top meetings and ongoing stewardship and collaboration sessions.
Stay informed on competitive landscape developments and share valuable insights with the NFD team.
Provide visionary leadership to direct reports, foster their professional development, and empower the team to achieve business goals in alignment with NFD's strategic priorities.
Education Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - MBA preferred
Related Work Experience: 12+ years
Functional Skills:
Order to Cash & Supply Chain Knowledge: Understand the end-to-end process to anticipate implications of process changes and identify solutions that enhance fulfillment performance, increase efficiencies or enhance effectiveness.
Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze, design, and implement efficient distribution networks that ensure products are delivered to the right outlets at the right time.
Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including Customers, Distributors, Bottlers, and Suppliers, to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Annual Business Planning & Execution: Prepare, implement, and execute collaborative business plans that align with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
Negotiation & Influencing: Identify alternatives, align on solutions, and negotiate effectively to gain support from all parties, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Managing contracts and agreements: Ability to evaluate, write and interpret contractual agreements to ensure alignment and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Pay Range:$169,000 - $196,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
