Position Summary

Reporting to Sales Leadership, the Sr. Clinical Sales Representative works to drive superior clinical results by attending surgeries to ensure the proper use of Standard Bariatric technologies. The educating of staff and surgeons in the proper use of our products to provide excellent clinical results is paramount responsibility. This includes potentially working in a cross functional capacity to successfully communicate findings in the operating room to the leadership team. This position is based in the Southeast.

Principal Responsibilities

• Implement Measured Business Objectives as established and communicated by the sales leadership team.

• Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee procedure activity in your assigned facilities per assigned MBO.

• Case Coverage in diverse geographical area

• Facilitate proper hospital staff training focused on Standard Bariatric technologies.

• Communicate case observations with aligned sales professional and senior leadership

• Attend clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.

• Responsible for achievement of quarter MBO.

• Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting.

• Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.

• Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company’s CRM software, and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers when appropriate.

• Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • PA, RN, SA, CST or related title with 7+ years in an operating room functional role. Proven record of excellent communication and understanding of the role of clinical staff in the operating room environment. Ability to transfer knowledge to clinical staff.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Solid understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Strong relationship building sales skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally, including key opinion leaders.

• Demonstrated ability to transfer clinical knowledge

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft office.

• Excellent communications and presentation skills
